“He was honoured for rendering 35 years of loyal and distinguished service, having joined the Zambia Police Force in 1970 as a constable and rising through rank and file to the position of Senior Service Armoirer. In 2000 he participated in United Nations Mission (UN) Peace Keeping to Kosovo where he served as Chief Logistics Officer under the Germany sector. He was also a marathon runner.”
