“He was honoured for rendering long and distinguished service to the nation after joining the Zambia Police Force on 5th May 1975. Thereafter, he served in various positions prior to his appointment as Inspector General of police on 20th June 2002, the positon he held until his retirement in 2003. He later served as Ambassador to Angola.”
