On the fateful day of 21st January, 2023 around 05:00 hours, you encountered a situation of a reported dumped baby which was thrown in a pit latrine by unknown mother. Out of compassion, being a mother yourself, you gathered courage with support of the local community and volunteered to go inside the pit latrine. A few moments later, the baby was rescued and handed over to the hospital authorities for medical attention. The baby has since been handed over to the Government authorities and is doing fine. You are greatly commended for exhibition of brevity and heroic act of rescuing the dumped baby.”
