“He was honoured in recognition of his 57 years of service to the people of Zambia, especially in the development of the livestock industry at Kasisi, Mpima and Chikuni and amongst those in the surrounding areas. Born in Poland in 1903 he came to Zambia in 1928 up to 1994 when he died at Kasisi near Lusaka.”
